LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy in Stevens Point, WI

 The Behavioral Health Clinic provides LGBTQ+ -allied services and Gender-Affirming therapeutic support to transgender and non-binary individuals. We have training and experience working with individuals who are in various stages of identity development with regard to exploring gender and sexual identity, coming out, and/or pursuing legal and medical gender affirmation. We believe in supporting LGBTQ+ clients in their overall mental health and quality of life while affirming identity.

We have providers who are experienced in working with gay and lesbian couples and individuals.

Several providers have training in providing gender therapy services, such as evaluation of readiness for gender-affirming surgeries or other medical interventions as well as writing letters for primary care and specialty medical providers in support of access to medical treatment.
